1. My chest itches. I have started to peel, which is a happy thing. I love peeling off huge plasticky sheets of skin from my chest. (:
2. Salsa 1 was terribly slow, but I guess it is geared towards absolute beginners, like those who have never danced before. I hope it gets more exciting soon! Too bad I won't be around to take Salsa 2 and 3 ):
3. We're not the mushy huggy sort of girl friends but one person I'll really miss when I leave is Maddy.
4. Thank you for all the flowers! I love the smell of drying roses. The smell gets rosier and rosier as the flower dries, did you know? I'm surrounded by roses as I type this and the constant wafts of rosy smells are so delightful. I love roses. Mmm.
5. Speaking of roses, I have yet to open 'Evelyn Rose' from Crabtree & Evelyn, from xY and Dan all the way from last year!! I can't bear to but I will have to soon because my J'adore is running out. Unfortunately, I'm torn between that and Tommy because Tommy was my first love, but Evelyn Rose is so delicate and sweet! Maybe I will use them alternately. (:
6. I have about 20 pairs of earrings left to make. Terrific. And a lot of other things to prepare too. And the scary thing is that I don't know what to expect for the flea market! Please come and buy something from me so that I can at least cover cost and have money left to give to charity! Please please please.
7. Nowadays when I shop, I only look at sweaters, pants, and the like. Online shopping is enticing me so much but something tells me I shouldn't be shopping (especially for trendy dresses and summery tanks), especially since life in Cornell is very laidback, fashion-wise. (If my unfashionable brother is anything to go by.) Definitely not like in SMU where every day is a fashion parade. Now that would be traumatic.
8. I hate passport photos. I took one today and I look like a squinty malnourished alien with a large shiny forehead. Malnourished because my collarbones and neckbones were sticking out, like the way they look like when I'm slightly hunched and in mid-swallow. Even my mum was like "huh is that you". Darn.
9. I have a million photos waiting to be sorted through and edited on my computer and in my camera. But that will have to wait.
10. I have an American Eagle black denim skirt that I ordered from the American Eagle site and wore once. It's a tad too long for my liking, and loose. I'm too lazy to alter it haha. Does anyone want to buy it from me? $35 or something like that lah. If not it'll remain in my wardrobe till I grow fatter (unavoidably) and taller (or more conservative). Can't remember how much I paid for it, but AE denim skirts generally retail for US$35-40 which is about S$60, and that's not considering shipping. Looks like this:
