*1020 - here fishie

Cooking fish is NOT my forte.



Pan seared salmon: meh.
Seared ahi tuna: MMMM.
Baked mahi mahi: epic failure.
Cheesy tilapia: MMMM.
Baked cajun (any fish) with capers: standard.

I guess I net out at ... certainly edible, usually fair.
